Hi Y'all,

I was out at the wetlands when I saw this fish hovering in the air and heading for the shore! :wow

What you don't believe it! Ok, Ok, the fish did have some help

but not for long :eat

Now for the caracara. I ran into our juvenile caracar but unfortunately he was on the road which makes for a very crappy background

so I decided to "lose the background"

fortunately he decided to leave the road and make my post processing a heck of a lot easier. :clap

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

I was in my car so the anhinga got to within a few yards of me. I was on foot for the caracara shot and I was able to get to about seven yards of him. They were both rather busy eating so I was able to get closer than I would have otherwise.
