Rumbled by a ladybird

I was holding the leaf this harlequin ladybird was on to steady it when the ladybird walked over to the edge of the leaf and peered down at my finger. Could almost hear it thinking "that wasn't here last time I looked"

Detail and colour is stunning.
Might I ask what particular lens you're using for your macros? I see most are shot at 65mm.
Ps. your taste in literature is also rather good too

Ian- I was using my MPE-65 lens. A Pratchett fan too ?

Pratchett's sense of humour is brilliant. Went to a convention some time back in the UK and met Terry. They had a model of an Iconograph (which of course all Pratchett fans know is basically a camera ). It had been hand made but cost £280.
Sorry for going Off Topic though thanks for the info re. the lens.
