D.C. Cherry Blossoms

I had managed a few photos of the cherry blossoms around the tidal basin on Saturday but my two year old kept the outing short (can't blame him too much as it was about 30 degrees at sunrise).
This morning, I snuck out of the house and made it with a half hour to spare before the sun rose. Had the good fortune to find very light cloud cover which only served to highlight the morning colors. Blossoms were also fuller than they had been on Saturday.
There are a couple of other threads for the blossoms in the Journeys forum but, as a local, I didn't feel as though these belonged over there. Hope you like them. Comments/critiques always greatly appreciated.

I went on Monday and it was nasty, overcast, and drizzling. Couldn't get any real monument shots, but lots of close ups.
Love the sunrise!
