I'm thinking this is more the size of a standard marble. Been in the earth awhile and it is plastic.

Interesting shot. Skippy ought to be checking this out! What forensic evidence to we have here?

Just in case anyone was still wondering....
.... this is a normal potato, that my kids got hold off. They have a potato gun which is toy metal gun; basically you dig the end of the barrel into the potato and twist out a small chunk, which comes out tube shaped, you then fire this out of the gun by pulling the trigger (air pushes it out).
The end result is a potato that looks like the above one, but it was difficult to see as this one just happened to be almost completely round!

    Thanks for playing / commenting...
    regards,
    Carl

Hi Carl, and welcome to Dgrin thumb.gif
.... sorry I wasn't around when you posted your first Macro Shot (doing Renovations at my place) I now have my internet connection back, so I'm trying to catch up with posts.

Thats a very clear potato shot indeed, but I prefer my tato's baked rolleyes1.gif

My first thoughts when I saw the image was that it was a ball of cookie dough on a park bench hehehe.

Good shot Carl, made me look more than once to see what it was.
Welcome aboard, enjoy the forums thumb.gif ..... Skippy :D
