I'm a newbie in the Dslr world and this is my 4th attempt on pictures I took w/ my Olympus.

I did some color adjustments but overall "to my eye" it looked great. I mostly focused on cropping.

Please let me know what you all think for my 4th attempt and newbie to the Dslr world of photography. :thumb

Very, very cloudy day.

This one was actually in my back yard

These below are from Zilker Park:

This was on my way to Zilker. I don't what to say about this one but I wish it was a little bit more windy so the US of A Flag will PLEDGE. I thought it looked differnt and with the city behind the bright green trees it shows the city that is growing.

Thanks all for looking.

I like the photo of the blue flowers best. Harry will love the others!

I love the second photo. Really like the comp on that one, is it cropped or did you frame it that way to start?

I think it would be even better if you adjusted the brightness to give the squirrle some more detail (at least on my monitor) and also add some unsharp mask to make the fur lines more crispy.
