Kyoto Birds are easy!
To shoot Here are a handful of pics I got today in Kyoto. In the spirit of the egret fest I went out today and shot mostly egrets, with a few other birds I also came across. Comments welcome.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Thanks Dave! Appreciated I dunno what that is at all. All I know is that it was a very dark bird and I had to jack up the EV a LOT to get the colour.

Cheers Jeff I am starting to think it is my Bigma giving me less clean pics, rather than the D300. The jury is still out though...

Thanks BigAl Do you find the Bigma giving more grainy/noisy pics than your other lenses? I still don't have a good tripod for it though, so that could well be my problem.

Thanks Chris! Much appreciated I came back with a shed load of static shots, but they were too boring to post.
