Nice series Jim! I got my first Junco a few months ago. I think those are my new favorite birds!
It's funny, last week I saw a Snowy Egret, but I couldn't get a good photo. I had to settle for a Red-Tail Hawk.

They are about the most jumpy bird I have seen to date. For some reason this morning they seemed as though they wanted to pose.

Now back to the search for egrets!:D
