Re sorting albums on date after bulk import

Hi,
I've imported my albums from Gallery2 a while back. The sorting that was in Gallery2 was however lost in the import process. It seemed just random or maybe even reverse order that the albums were uploaded to smugmug. The date created and modified fields reset during the import.
Is there an easy way to change the Date modified field of the albums or the Date Created to get the correct sorting again with time?
