Katie G - Some studio shots
I did a wee shoot with Katie G in Studio a couple of weeks ago. Just my third time in a studio so I'm still learning how to work with a model and also lighting.
Shooting with my Oly E3 and 35-100F2 + 14-54ZD and this is what we managed to get. The F2 is just like a microscope and I need to work on my retouching skills luckily Katie's got a very good complexion so i didn't have to mess about too much.
1. E3 + 35-100F2 ISO 100 F7.1@1/160s
2. A bit of Glam - E3 + 14-54ZD
3. E3 + 35-100F2
4. E3 + 35-100F2
5. E3 + 35-100F2
Cheers

2-I'm not crazy about this one, but cannot decide if it is because of the lighting or the centering of your subject.
3-Excellent, my favorite of the bunch, but still apears that it could handle a tad more black.
4-This one has the blackpoint and contrast the other two headshots seem to be lacking. Very nicely done!
5-I do not like the lighting here, nor the "up the nose" camera angle. I believe your other compositions are much better than this.
Thanks for sharing!
