Hello,

I'd like to know how to set up the custom pricing for commercial digital downloads for all the galleries that I now have on the Smugmug webpage?

Thank You,

    Hi Cate,

This is easy to do in one of three ways:

    1) If you don't have pricing set for commercial license digital downloads at the gallery level, you can set them at the Portfolio level. Then, any gallery with blank entries for the Commercial License digital download will be priced from the Portfolio pricing you just set.

    2) You can price one gallery with all the pricing you want. Then, using Photo Tools>Custom Pro Pricing, you can click the "bulk" link, and apply that pricing to any number of other galleries.

    3) If you already have Gallery pricing in place, so that Portfolio pricing is being overridden, and don't want to overwrite all of it by using Bulk gallery pricing, you'll need to visit each gallery and use Photo Tools>Custom Pro Pricing and set the Commercial Digital Download pricing individually.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you have more questions.

    Hi Cate,
If you set your prices in one gallery. You can then match the prices from that gallery to all of your other galleries by using the gallery bulk tool.

From any of your photos under photo tools, click on Custon Pro Pricing. Then near the top you can select what you are setting prices for: image, gallery, gallery bulk or portfolio. You want gallery bulk.

It will open a box where you click all of your other galleries, then near the top in the copy box. you select the gallery that has prices set up to use as a match for all the others.

    Don't forget to SAVE.
