1 and 5 - . The hint of the smile adds so much character to the shot. It just seems to bring out the brightness in her eyes. Image 2 seems a little flat to me.
What immaculate looking shots! Beautiful definition. My personal favourites are numbers 2 and 3 which are a real contrast in how you show your subject, but both approaches work very well. Am I being overly picky for wishing that you'd cloned out the small white speck where the sleeve meets the frame in number 5? A mere detail, I guess, and not one to undermine the excellence of your work here.
