Kyoto Egret Fest (Part 3)

OK, so the rain has now set in and I won't be getting out to shoot for a few days again, but luckily I got out yesterday for about an hour. I hope you enjoy. Comments welcome.

First of all, the other birds:

Thanks Stephen! Yeah It is called a small egret here in Japan, but it may well be the same bird as the snowy.

Cheers Jeff. The birds are very willing here in Kyoto, and I'm leaving in a week and a half :cry Yeah, I missed the ev by a step or two :cry I was down 2 steps and thought I had it, but oh well!

the blossom pedals breaks up the flat mondane colors of the water and really makes these pics unique. Where else in the world will you be able to take picks of these beautiful birds with gorgeous cherry blosson pedals floating in the water.I love it
