Problem with banner/header showing up after changes.

My banner/header art was showing up fine. Then, I went and changed it and uploaded it again. I went through the same process of changing the info so it would show up. Pulling my hair out. Can someone take a look and see what I am missing? Has anyone else had this problem?

Nevermind . . .
I figured it out. I had to change the div to a different name. Not sure why, but it worked. My head is clear.
