Please ID-- Great Blue Heron in the Reeds eating something

Harry I was in your Backyard 2 weeks ago and saw this guy in the reeds can you tell me what he is eating??

    He is eating a greater siren.

    The siren is an eel like salamander and has to small fore legs.

    Bread and Deep Fry anthing and it will taste like chicken lol..except fish.. Thanks I had to really lighten the pic up to see what the bird had..He was beyond my 100-400mm
