I just received this in my PM box...thought it looked suspicious as the sender has 0 posts and just "joined" DGrin today.

I got the same PM. I didn't bother to follow the link, just deleted it.

It was :spam and its sender has been :banned

Me neither...the spammer might have been working through the members list in alphabetical order.

We are usually pretty good at catching spam posts quickly, but moderators can't view PMs. If you ever get spam that way, please let the moderators know at once so we can nuke the sender.
