Best Buy as well, wasn't showing online last night but according to the Highly Skilled and Knowledgeable Child that I talked to at my local store they are "On Sale" at $2239, I think.

I went the Best Buy route because of the financing they offered (up to 48 months at 11.9%). Also got a 4 year "accident protection" plan for $170, supposed to cover everything except fire or immersion. Love the camera, shot baseball with it today.

Thanks Randy..... I had on my master plan to purchase the D300 by August. Well needless to say, I just spent the day breaking it in. rolleyes1.gif OMG, I'm now also one of those Nikonians.

I had been trying to hold off on buying a d300... but then Best Buy sent me a RewardZone 12% off coupon for any one item. Those jerks. eek7.gif

    D300 + 18-200 = $1962.39
