Well, technically her name is not Dorothy, but I couldn't resist:-)

1: This is the field I'm talking about...:-) (plus original poppies-only post: http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=90143)

Wow Nik.....what a beautiful field! Nice shots...The orange processing is cool kind of...like being on the moon or another planet. Looks like a very fun and productive day. Nice comps on these.

The color of the flowers are so pretty. I'd like to see some more "normal" shots.

I am probably a little old fashioned by I love the original version. the matching of the color of the dress with the flowers looks great!

Great shots Nik!! I really like both versions. while also sitting here thinking they would look great B&W expecially #'s 2 & 3.

One small suggestion. For her leave the tatoo there, but for your portfolio I might consider cloning it out, it is not very pretty and really draws the eye away from the face in the last shot, JMO.

I agree about tatoo ne_nau.gif . I prepare things for her first, and then take care of my own needs:-) I think I will be able to find some tatoo-less pics of her out of 450+ frames I got:-)

Again, wonderful work from a master! I prefer the normal ones, as I am not a fan of the duo-tones.

Thanks! I do like the "normal" ones, too, but I wanted to do something different. Orange on orange seemed like a cool idea, it's very alien look to it:-)

Very true. You certainly accomplished what you were set on doing. I took another look at them and there is a certain aspect of the images that makes you appreciate the model. With all of the color in the normal shots, I'm not as focused on the model. I think in that sense the effect is very useful.
