Privacy - Can Smugmug employees access unlisted passworded galleries?

I was reading the privacy policy at http://www.smugmug.com/aboutus/privacy.mg and was curious . . . can SmugMug team members access a user's passworded and/or unlisted galleries?

    We can access everything on the site. We don't go looking, if that's what you are asking, but we have the right to know everything that's on SmugMug.

    If we find something that's against our terms, we notify the owner.

    yeah Andy . . thats fine no problems. Nothing to hide ! I was just curious. I suppose you need to be able to see everything if you have to. ANother quick question if I may . . a lot of people on here seem to post help and assistance on a regular basis . . . .how can one tell if they are 'smugmug team' or just active helpful posters? Its not obvious to me from the avatars.
