I have been trying for over a year to get some decent shots of the threatened Florida scrub jay. I finally succeeded. Surprisingly, they seem to be very trusting of humans and I enjoyed my time with them.

Have fun,

Phil

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Blue, Green, Brown, Stellar's or Scrub...I like all jays. They are so handsome and yours are fine examples. Good job. I like the last one the most. thumb.gif

Thanks everyone, I really appreciate your comments.

For the record, I have two favorites. I liked the lighting on number two, and number four was just a cool shot.

    Have fun,

    Phil

I like the first. I'm not sure, but do I see your reflection in its eye?

Good catch, yeah, that's me standing there trying to get the bird to say cheese.
