My first suggestion is that you treat the couple as intelligent people and ask their opinion about it. I'm sure they know that one is quite a bit taller than the other. Is it a big deal for them? If not, then don't sweat it too much. If they would like to have some poses that attempt to minimize the differences, you can do all sorts of things:
    • Him lifting her in the air, zoomed in for upper body only
    • Him sitting in a chair, her in his lap or leaning over his should from behind.
    • Her in a chair and him leaning over from behind.
    • Them on steps, her one step higher than him
    • Her in the foreground, him back a bit. Stop down the lens to get them both, more or less, in focus.
    • Same as above, but focus on only one of them
Just a few ideas off the top of my head. Hope it helps.

Hey Scott, Thanks for posting that. I've never needed this yet, but I know I'll eventually need it and now I have solutions :D
