I just got a pro account to have another way to sell photos. Right now, I have my own web site on which I post low quality jpegs. When I get an order, I print from my high quality tiffs, which run between 30-60 MB each.

Now, I cannot upload several hundred images of this size?????

Any suggestions. I did not think through the logic of uploading 800 pixel (long side) jpgs will I got the file size is too small for 5 by 7.

    wave.gif welcome!

Upload at least the mimimum res for the sizes you want to sell. You can see our resolution requirements here:
    http://www.smugmug.com/help/print-quality#minprintres
If the photos don't have large enough resolution, the print sizes are removed from the shopping cart to guarantee the best quality.

We very highly recommend our Pros make use of our Proof Delay feature.
Proof Delay allows you to review the order before it's sent to print,
make corrections and changes to the cropping as well as auto versus true
color. Best of all, you have the opportunity to totally replace any
image that is ordered, with your choice of a replacement, still allowing
you to adjust the crop and color setting after replacing it. For more
info on this, please see the links below which would eliminate any
    problems in the future:

Thanks for you r quick reply ANdy.
I have a question. THe image I just uploaded is w 1800 H 1320 Res 200. This seems to me to be higher then the 1280 by 1620 reuired for 24 by 36. However, when I look at my site, I see 20 by 30 as too small.

    Here

    Here
24x36 is actually now: 2160 x1440, there's an error on the res chart in the help page (we're fixing)
