Two different photo sizes on Smugmungous

Smugmungous is an extremely cool feature. It looks down-right beautiful on large monitors.

My issue is that sometimes the main picture in a gallery is big and fills the right side of the screen and sometimes it is smaller with a couple extra columns of thumbnails.

I can't figure out if this is firefox messing with me, or it is smugmug messing with me. See the two photo's below. Same photo, same gallery, different results! Last night everything was looking good- all galleries had the big picture with the fewer icons. Today it is more icons, smaller picture. The gallery I took these from is here if it helps.

Any suggestions or I am just losing my mind (not that these are mutually exclusive)?

    Notice the difference in browser chrome (tabs, toolbars etc) at the top? That's the reason :)
