Saw these pics posted on another forum, they're of a rebel xti back from repair, and it looks like the software or firmware used to adjust the camera was left on by the technician. Pretty interresting I thought, seems there are standard programs used to adjust various aspects of the camera including Display, AF etc. Check it out:
