Architectural Photography - Virtual Imaging lens??
Hi there.
Wondering if anybody can help me out: I am looking for the lens / camera (?) with which I could do virtual architectural imaging. Any idea/experience? :dunno
I know this photographer took those images with a photo camera (not a video camera) but he didn't want to share his secrets with me ... :scratch

Any help would be appreciated!! Thank you.

The image you linked to is a 360 degree panoramic series converted into a QuickTime VR format.
While there are several different methods to do this, some of the best I have seen use consumer P&S cameras at small aperture and mounted on a panoramic head and adjusted for the nodal point (or somesuch).
There may also be considerable work to each image to match frames and perspective and to "smooth" transitions.

I'm not familiar with this product, just the top hit on a Google search for "360 degree lens".
Looks pretty cool though!
