@200mm and wide open on a 70-200 F4 lens....handheld.

A friend lent me a lens that he cannot take a sharp photo with. I used it for some portraits....and as an afterthought shot this. My verdict was that he should get a monopod!!

nice shot, really like it. maybe a bit too saturated in colour,you may have lost some detail in the reds.
