In case you are talking to me, the answer is that for almost all these night and inside shots I go completely automatic... The conditions change too often and sometimes I don't get very good results with manual settings. The ISO automatic helps, but sometimes I have to setup the ISO to much higher than 1600 (auto), because it's too dark.

* I also make small adjustments in LR and I also select the best ones

- but generally they are all OK

During our trip to Las Vegas in 2009 I had the Canon 5D MkII set to iso 1600, spot metering, and the rest to automatic.
All pictures of our night time walk along the strip were handheld. Image stabilization on the 24-105L IS also helped a lot.
