Here are a few shots from a recent outing. All shot with the Pentax 20D & FA*250-600/5.6 w/monopod for support. Our light here hasn't been so good lately thus the higher iso800 setting used. The K20D CMOS sensor seems to do a much better job handling noise.
1) Killdeer

2) Cinnamon Teal

3) Canadian Goose

4) Another Killdeer

Thanks for looking,

The last killdeer and the cinnamon teal are the best of the series. I like the low angles.

Very nice shots! The light didn't affect you getting decent shots.thumb.gif

    Thanks,
The colors on this site seem to be pretty washed out compared to what they look like on my PBase site and on my monitor. Maybe because I started out with ProPhoto RGB colorspace rather than sRGB? Or could it be that the DGrin wants SmugMug images? I usually go from Lightroom to CS3 as sRGB and stay with that colorspace for web view.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
