moew buffleheads, better light (4)

went back to the park again this afternoon, the buffleheads were really active. the light was better for the iridescence on their heads, but the whites got a bit blown... :( and they were much farther away, so these are cropped quite a bit, and the image quality suffers some. still, i kinda like these action shots... 40D, 400mm, various exposures...

    thanks. with these little fellas, it's hard NOT to blow the whites a bit in sunlight... i guess that's the price for being able to get the iridescence on the heads... ne_nau.gif
