Need some help arranging galleries.

I know it is probably something really simple....so if anyone can help I would be grateful. If you look at my client tab I would like the part that has the wedding galleries to be at the bottom and the other galleries at the top. Thanks.

    Tried that code in just about every place I could and it didnt seem to work. Maybe I am just doing it wrong which is probably the case. Where should that code go? Thanks again.
