    The first official rolls past on roller skates. SKATES, not roller blades...

    The first "jam" gets lined up to start. Red vs purple. The 1 jammer from each team (star on the helmet) has to bust through the pack once, then they start getting points second time around. First jammer can get points until the second jammer makes it through the pack. Physical contact is the name of the game.

    In the end the home team "Eves of Destruction" prevail, bringing home the gold for Purple.

    The away team is happy, despite the loss. They were down in numbers, 800 miles from home, battling on foreign soil. Team photo time!
