How to fix very bad skin ! A must have tutorial for those non PSHOP guru's

I recently did a model shoot without an MUA in studio and what teh model didn;t tell me was that her complexion wasn;t as good as it used to be. I've been battling for the last day or so wtrying to fix very bad facial skin and its been driving me nuts. I'm no pshop guru but I can get by but fixing bad skin so that you can have a shot that looks good has been a serious headache. I stumbled on one tutorial by accident tonight which really does work - instead of taking nearly 1hour trying fix an image, its about 20 at the max - still way more than I'm used to but at least I'm not giving up after an hour. I've added an extra layer to the method and thats basically usign the healing tool to fix up as much as I can before running thro the steps.
