sm_tool.py replaces smugmug.py

At the request of smugmug, I have renamed smugmug.py to sm_tool.py. It still does everything it ever did in exactly the same way it always did.

Someday soon it may get a makeover and some new features, but I think it might have a very small user base. I'd love to hear from all four of you guys, by the way. I have some features I'd like but I'm looking for nice ways to extend the current interface.
