When logged in to dgrin, I want to download stats.
BistiArt>control panel shows

News, Stats, Settings, Pros, Customize, Homepage appear as tabs

Over the past 3 days, when I click on Stats w FF 2.0.0.13, I eventually get a done, but no page comes up showing me the various galleries. I seem to only be able to get to Customize.

Can someone please tell me why that happens?

How does one fix this problem?
Joe

    Try clearing your FF2 cache?
How about addons- if that won't work, disable your addons and find the culprit... Your stats pulled up just fine here, FF2.

    Thanks Andy,

Had a similar situation a couple of months ago.
Basically eliminated references to smugmug on FF2 then...
Your suggestion is a fixit; is there a path which can avoid such situations? If I knew WHY it happens, perhaps I could avoid its reappearance in the future...

I open options on FF2, type in smugmug, remove all smugmug cookies, restart firefox, login, and still do NOT get Stats on the control panel.
Can you please tell me what else I can do?

You don't get anything like that (http://www.smugmug.com/photos/281218021_niFRH-O.jpg) when you go here http://BistiArt.smugmug.com/homepage/stats.mg?UserID=110002 ?

How about going to this page http://BistiArt.smugmug.com/homepage/stats.mg?AlbumID=2310667 ?

Do you get a blank page, or some kind of error message? Does the same happen on Internet Explorer?

    Thanks Sebastian,

Although I removed all smugmug related cookies, I still could not get Stats when logged in.

I have actually been using IE7 (dont like it) for maintaining BistiArt.

Is there a tutorial about clearing the cache on FF2>

To clear your cache in Firefox on Windows, click on "Tools". Then select "Clear Private Data..." There will be a new window pop up. Make sure that the Cache check box is checked and click on the "Clear Private Data Now" button.
