For example

Now if I look at the image exif info by downloading it to my computer(save original photo) I see it correctly
I earlier posted it as a smugmug bug, but I guess it has something to do with the exif version etc., I am using.
Here is the exif copy pasted from exif viewer
1.jpg
Any tips to fix the exif to a version readable by smugmug?

I use two stage process
1. Use GIMP with UFRAW plugin to generate jpg(I always shoot raw)
2. Use batch process of Faststone image viewer to add the watermark.
I suspect the second stage is the one which causes the problem. I have used UFRAW in the past and never faced any issues, but processing in faststone somehow screwed up things.
I will take UFRAW/GIMP only images and send them to you.

This is part of the info on the photo that you emailed me:
Can you email me the straight out of the camera photo from the one you linked above? Or, link me to the one processed photo that you emailed me on Smug, please. I can't be sure until I can compare the same image

I will take a simple RAW-jpg pic and the prcessosed version with faststone, and mail you both the images.

Can you get me the original from this one? It seems to be specific to that image. Did you process it in any other way than the ones you provided me with? Do you have other images that behave this way? Or is that one the only one?

I was going through the EXIF.due to software, the F-stop comes out as
7100000/1000000
Instead of 7.1
both are correct.
And the date taken value is same. that is not being corrupted in the EXIF.
But in my gallery, the date taken value goes for a toss.
