gallery photos won't populate for some users?

I got an e-mail from a client this afternoon saying he was trying to view this gallery:

He reported that the gallery was there but the photos wouldn't populate. I checked the gallery myself and it worked fine, so I asked him to try again. He did and reported the same results.

Any idea what's going on with that?

Could be:

* an unsupported browser (not IE6, IE7, FF, or Safari)
* they have javascript turned off
* they have an extension that blocks images
* they have a firewall that blocks SmugMug
* something else..

Have them write our Support Heroes directly and we'll fix them up

Well at least I'm not the only one now. I've run into this twice & never have really figured out what was going on. I cleared the cache & that seemed to fix it the first time. The last time nothing I did worked, then my galleries suddenly started working again. FF2 & IE7 on two machines. For me it was the something else..., but who knows what.
