film strip techniques

im trying to do film strip techniques similar to the ones in the links below. can this be done in photoshop or a built in program with mac?

Pretty well anything can be done in photoshop. Search google for 'filmstrip actions' or pluggins.

thanks for those links. i searched the forum and seen a lot of help in other topis too but i cant seem to find how to give it the vintage look. maybe its a plug in for then..
