photoshop CS3 color settings

Is this what other people have their CS3 color settings set to? This is what Nick Didlick sent to me.

    The important items to understand is the role of the working space:

    Then be sure all the warning check boxes are on initially as these are your "safety net".

    His setting for convert to working space is a pretty dangerous setting I'd never recommend expect in certain workflows. You need to understand that this option can potentially do to all the images you bring into Photoshop (convert into Satanic RGB!).
