Flash looks like it did a good job on #3.
#4 is my favorite then #1.
She has a very pretty smile I think it looks the same in 1 and 2.

Let me ask about #4. Is the focus on her nose and off a bit on her eyes? I may be wrong. probalby could only tell at 100%. Also, what would you think of cropping this just a bit so she is not quite so much in the center. Rule of thirds.

You are right... It is difficult to get right. Lots of things to pay attention to.
