Off center? Nothing wrong with off center! More off center = more interesting, unless it doesn't work
The natural 'hair light' is a plus. The way the two guys are engaging each other is a plus. The point of view between the knees of the reclining guy is a minus. I am generally not fond of bright highlights in the foreground that 'leave the frame' -- to me they are a distraction from the main scene. Nice job in general with the exposure and conversion.
thanks for the comment This is another one of those "If i had that shot again" situations, i'll have a play around with the highlights and see what i can come up with.
