Black Crested Titmouse
These fast little movers are difficult to get, but I was lucky in that this one paused for a few miliseconds while it pondered which peanut to grab. These are the Texas variety of the Tufted Titmouse.

ISO 400 might have made the shutter fast enough.

I agree on the slight blur. The higher ISO would have only made my shot brighter since I was in full manual. I needed to have just a bit more time to set my settings, take a few shots, see what works and recompose. I didn't have time. These guys are so quick! Thanks for the comments though. Much appreciated.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
Thanks so much.

PM if you want all the info. It's a great place Jeff. I even got my target bird which was the Golden Cheeked Warbler. I couldn't get one of those clear singing shots of the male, but I did get a bunch of the GCW foraging through the junipers and oaks.
