Can a Category be made private (hidden)?

I s there a way to hide my new Administrative Category? I made it to hold all my misc administrative stuff, but forgot about the privacy thing. If it can't, I'll just go back to separate private galleries.

    I just made all the Administrative galleries unlisted, which stopped the category from being shown. there were a couple of new galleries in there that I forgot to make private. Sorry for the bother!
