Okay how much did you have to pay that bird to pose for you. They all are stunning photographs. Worthy of being on postcards. Congratulations great capture.

Love the color and detail. All are great, but frame and hang the last one!
Thanks for the comments Maestro, and I have to agree with you that the last one will have to print and frame. I'm in the process of doing that. Thanks again.

Thanks for the comments and the kind words on these images, and the little birdy told me no charge for the picture taking GRIN!.
Either you have the patience of Job or the luck of the Irish.
Great captures...nicely presented.
Hi Ric, thanks for the comments on these images. With these birds it is easy to get close to them 90% of the time as long as you move in slow. For some reason or other, they don't mind you coming in close to them in fact I was about 12 feet away from them on these shots. At one point I had to backup as I could not focus on them.

what did ya do - disguise yourself as a tree?
Nice shots, all..regards...Keith
Hi Keith well not really, but these birds will let you get close to them about 15 feet or so or closer if you move in slow on them.
Thanks for the kind words on these images.

Thank you for the comments on the kind words on this series of images. They are nice birds to photograph and nicer when they sing away.
Thanks again.

You are correct jwear, I got so close to them, that the camera lens was not able to focus so I had to move back a bit on most of these shots.
