I would just fix the curtains/background a bit, right now it looks like there is a "spark" between mom & baby

It was actually done with flash. A large soft box from the left and fill from camera side.:D

Very nice lighting. I "reverse engineered" the softbox, but missed the fill flash. Well done indeed!
