Call me cheap or call me innovative, whatever the case I was wanting to know suggestions on material for a homemade reflector. I've made two homemade light boxs, which I guess are doing fine for my needs right now. When I'm outside(like the beach) I need a reflector, so dont be affraid to be innovative, help me out, even if you havent made one yourself, lets hear what you think would work. THANKS!!!
Or even better, what are the real ones made of?

White shower curtains also make pretty good reflector material. Make a frame out of PVC and your have a fairly lightweight, washable reflector.
A "hula-hoop" can make a pretty good frame for a smallish, hand-held reflector.
Large, cardboard sheet, covered or painted, is a classic cheap method. Cover with aluminum foil , or spray with aluminum paint, for a high reflectance, and cover or spray a neutral white for a diffuse fill type of reflector.
