I had some time in the studio in Argentina this weekend with a local photographer I know, and some of her associates.

Most of the countryside surrounding was on fire, so the city was filled with smoke, and the routes into and out of Buenos Aires cut off. Two of the models couldn't make it into the city, so the photographer and the makeup artist decided to pose, as we had already paid for the studio. She looks, of course, much better in front of the camera than I do.

Mevi (the makeup artist)

She did all of the pre-shoot makeup and wardrobe prep, including for herself.

Mevi's contact info can be found here.

If you happen to be in Buenos Aires and need a makeup artist, I highly recommend her; professional, punctual, and willing to step up in a pinch. She had never acutally modelled before, but did quite quite well with it, if you ask me.

Good work, and if I were you I wouldn't worry about being in front of the camera more. I think I like the make up artist better than the model.

Amazing, but the MUA had never done any modelling of any sort. You really can't tell- must be the sublime talent of the dude taking the pictures.mwink.gif

I love seeing different models like this! I think we can always count on you to give 'em to us. :D

My favorite has got to be this one. I love the lighting. Great job, J-dawg.

Thanks Schmoostah. Maybe we can try our hand at this sort of thing up in Jersey, or down in Ballmer.

15524779-Ti.gif The MUA wins, hands down.

    I agree. I can't believe she doesn't model. Tragic.
