Hi,
I'm trying to get started on a portable, lightweight lighting setup for home and location portrait photography. I'm looking to build something like this, for a two speedlight setup:
http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/483482-REG/Lastolite_SKLK_Scott_Kelby_Location_Kit.html
I need some light stands for speedlights and reflector/diffusers, a boomstand, some Justin clamps, umbrella/hotshoe clamps, a reflector (gold/silver) and diffuser and maybe an umbrella .
I don't mind mismatched brands, nicked up equipment or older/discontinued grear. Send me a list of what you have, pictures (or BH links), and your shipped price.
I'm located in Sacramento, CA and am willing to pick up if you're local.

Very nice kit with sturdy stands. The price is cheap as well.
I just bought the same setup last week from B&H ... it great and seems to be very good quality !

Yes it does but to anyone using those make sure you put a piece of electrical tape over it like www.strobist.com suggest. The metal could ruin your flash.
Over the metal cold shot adapter on top?
Yes put a small piece of electrical tape in there so the metal contacts on your flash won't make contact with the metal on the cold shoe adapter.
Oh, and before I forget, as soon as you get it, if the shoe mount is made of metal PUT A PIECE OF ELECTRICAL TAPE ON TOP WHERE THE FLASH SITS. It could screw up the electronics in the month's-rent-worth-of-strobe you have sitting up there if you don't. I'm not kidding about that.
The above is quoted from strobist.com here:

Have you found what you need? are you into this discussion? I don't know much about lighting, but if this seems to have evolved into an advice discussion. As such, I'd like to move it over to the accessories forum where more dgrinners may add input.
