Busy day at Nisqually NWR

De-lurking for a bit...
It's been awhile since I went out for the sole purpose of shooting birds, but I'm glad I did. Nisqually NWR is about 50 miles south of Seattle just north of Olympia, I've been there about a dozen times, and have never been disappointed, and that was definitely the case last Saturday.
Here are some of my favorites.
Bald Eagle (there was also an immature Eagle nearby, but not in a spot where I could get a good photo):
Downy:
Unfortunately this eagle took off before I was ready, so I couldn't zoom out and get it all in the frame:
Wood Duck (IMO, the most beautiful duck found in Washington State):
Barn Swallow in flight! This little guy was resting on a branch and took off just as I depressed the shutter:
Tree swallows taking a breather:
Golden-crowned Sparrow (I think, my bird ID skills aren't great):
