Smuggy upload - won't

Hi,

Has anyone else had this problem?: I wanted to upload some photos, so I tried to use the upload 'darg and drop' smuggy that I've used for as long as I can remember; however; when I drag my photos over the upload section, I get the little green '+' sign as the cursor moves over the writting next to the green smuggy face, but when the cursor goes onto the face, the green '+' dissapears and I can't drop my photos into it.

I had to click on the 'browse' button on the bottom in order to get the shots up loaded.

Is there a problem with me or something else?
