Wasps and spider

yesterday I found a spider inside (huntsman I think) and today I found a wasp next up on a roof. Let me know what you think. It will be tough handing the 105mm macro back tomorrow but I will be getting some kenko tubes shortly for my 50mm 1.8. Would it be as easy to work with?
I got a shot of a wasp blowing a bubble but unfortunately its head was slightly out of focus.. :cry Why do they blow bubbles anyway?

Wonderful series- esp like the wasp shots :)

Re the bubbleblowing - many flies do this as an aid to digestion, Bees do it to concentrate nectar part way to honey. Never seen a wasp doing it but I'm not sure how they feed their grubs which may involve regurgitation.

Interesting- looks exactly the same as when flies do this.
