Commercial Use Contact?

I photographed a rather big horse show last weekend... the biggest event I've done. Now I am being bombarded by people wanting to publish images, use them for advertising, buy digital files, etc, etc. To be honest I hadn't expected THIS much attention from photographing this event... not that Im complaining... I'm just a tad unprepared to handle it at the moment since it caught me off-guard.
I've never sold anything for commercial use before so I do not know much about this. I would like to have some kind of contract to have these people fill out... if only if it makes me feel more protected. Anyone here have any contracts I can take a look at or use?? Any advice here??
I plan on having 3 choices for them to choose from:
1 year use - $250
2 years use - $350
Unlimited use - $450
Am I selling myself short or do these rates seem fair?? Too high?? Of course credit must be given with any published material as well....

You can use the SEARCH feature for "Pricing Photography" or please look at the top of the MYOB forum for a sticky titled... "Photogs Resources" There's a thread there about pricing images.
Good luck

I had gotten my prices from looking at the photographer who NORMALLY covers the event that I shot... and he tends to be a bit pricey so I sent mine a little lower than his are... maybe he was just dead-on with advertising prices though... people have complained about him being pricey in the past and I want to take over his gig on the event I shot (since he normally does it and I got it this year). I just hadn't thought that shooting this event would turn into commercial use of images like this.
Normally I just shoot the event and people buy their pics online.... I've never had magazines and organizations asking me to use my pictures like this.... so I was caught off-guard. It's not a bad thing... it just has me running around trying to sound like I have it all figured out (selling rights to use images etc) when I dont... lol. I won't complain about the extra $$$ though! Thanks for the link! I will feel better having some kind of a contract with the sale to make things more solid and official sounding. (and give me peace of mind).
